By accessing and using OppsBridge services, including OPPSBR payment processing and customer portal systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
OppsBridge provides dealership management system (DMS) integration tools, payment processing solutions, and customer relationship management software for marine, RV, and automotive dealerships and service businesses.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use OppsBridge services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Use the service to process fraudulent transactions
5. Payment Processing
Payment processing services are provided through third-party payment gateways. You agree to comply with all applicable payment card industry (PCI) standards and the terms of service of our payment partners.

Your use of OppsBridge services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your information as described in that policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of OppsBridge services are owned by Opportunities Bridge and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
OppsBridge services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
11. Governing Law
